If you do not have an address in Denmark
If you do not have an address in Denmark, you will be registered with the address of a municipality.
Your local registrar will then be the parish close to this municipality.
For example, if the City of Copenhagen has registered that you do not have an address, Borgerservice (Citizen Service Centre) is located in Nyrupsgade 1, 1602 Copenhagen V. You can then find your local registrar by searching on this address on borger.personregistrering.dk.

Registration of newborns and naming
The registration of birth of and naming of a newborn is registered by the local parish where the mother lives. However, if the mother gives birth in the Southern part of Jutland, the registrar is the municipality of the Southern part of Jutland.
As for children of mothers living outside of the Southern part of Jutland, the naming can take place at the baptism, registered by the parish of the event.
As for children of mothers living in the Southern part of Jutland who are going to be baptised, naming must take place before the baptism.
