The following certificates are available (in Danish and Danish/English):
Certificate of Personal Data: Certifies civil information registered in the CPR, such as birth, parents, name, marital status and information about death and funeral in the case of a deceased person.

Baptism and Birth Certificate: Certifies name, birth, parents and baptism.

Baptismal Certificate: Issued ONLY if you were born in the Southern part of Jutland and certifies name, birth, parents and baptism.

Marriage Certificate: Issued when you are married within the Evangelical-Lutheran Church in Denmark (Folkekirken) and certifies the church marriage and information on the spouse.

(If you were married at the town hall (civil marriage) your marriage certificate must be obtained from Borgerservice (Citizen Service Centre) in the municipality in which you live).
Certificate of Church Blessing of Civil Marriage: Certifies the Evangelical-Lutheran Church blessing of a civil marriage.

If you need a certificate for another EU country, you can ask for a language supplement (multilingual standard form) on print as a supplement to your certificate. Contact your local registrar.

The document, Access to Register is not a certificate, but an overview of the Personal Data registered on a person in the CPR - both current and previous - on birth, name, children, marriage and death.
