If you are birth registered in Denmark (outside the Southern part of Jutland) and baptised in the Danish National church (in Danish “Folkekirken”), you are entitled to obtain a Baptism and Birth Certificate (in Danish: "Fødsels- og dåbsattest"). This also applies for your child under 18 years if he/she is baptised.
You can order the certificate online with MitID on borger.dk or you can collect it in person at a church office.
Please note: If you need a certificate that certifies birth, you must order a Certificate of Personal Data instead.

If you were born and baptised in the Southern part of Jutland in the Danish National Church in the (Folkekirken), you must ask for a Baptismal Certificate (in Danish: "Dåbsattest"). The Baptismal Certificate must be collected in person at a church office.
