If you want to lodge an appeal against a decision or the processing of an application for name change, your registrar is obliged to explain to you how to appeal, inform you of the deadline and in which cases you can appeal.
You must send the appeal to your registrar. The appeal and all the documents relating to the case are then sent to the Agency of Family Law, who processes the appeal. You will receive a reply to your appeal from the Agency of Family Law.
