Your certificate will be delivered by your local registrar.
If you live in Denmark, your local registrar will be the parish close to your residence.
If you live abroad, your registrar is the parish where you last resided or was born/baptized in Denmark.
If you were born in the Southern part of Jutland, the municipality where you were born delivers your certificate. However, if you are going to collect your certificate yourself, you can do so from the parish closest to your residence or from the parish where you are staying.
